GENERAL✧ Pockamune reserves the right to decline any commission if he so chooses, even without reason✧ All pieces used or posted by the commissioner must include credit to me, be it in their panels, profiles, or on tweets (I give you permission to tag me so I can retweet)✧ Pockamune reserves the right to use your commission as advertising or examples for commissions✧ Do not use Pockamune's art as an NFT, doing so will result in legal action✧ Do not run Pockamune's art through AI filters or generators✧ Do not trace or copy pockamune's art for any reason
PAYMENTS✧ Payment is expected upfront if you have budgetary restrictions or other monetary needs please keep this in mind before commissioning✧ non - refundable after payment unless the artist cancels the commission or it is the fault of the artist for missing a deadline and or not communicating throughout the process✧ if you would like a commercial license in order to create products or logos you will be charged a fee and pocky is open to discussion✧PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO PROCESSING FEES
REVISIONS✧ Sketch phase - 3 changes and revisions are free of charge✧ Line art stage - 2 changes and revisions are free of charge✧ once coloring and rendering has begun changes will be charged an additional fee depending on complexity of the request will be charged✧ when requesting revisions please be as DETAILED as possible on what needs to be changed
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✧ Payment non - refundable after payment unless the artist cancels the commission or it is the fault of the artist for missing a deadline and or not communicating throughout the process✧ Artist commits to communicating weekly when commission is in process✧ Commission will be delivered via .zip file to commissioner through discord or email✧ All commissions completed will come with the full render and a transparent version without a background for ease of use elsewhere✧ Artist commits to finishing a commissions deadline before the deadline or within 10 days of the deadline and communication will be initiated if commission is late
USE✧ All pieces used or posted by the commissioner must include credit to artist, be it in their panels, profiles, or on tweets✧ Artist grants permission for commissioners to post the art with credit on twitter and tag them so they can retweet✧ If commissioner would like to use the artwork for commercial use (this includes merch, overlays or pngtubers for twitch streams that are monetized, or imagery used in any way on monetized material) an additional charge will be added for a commercial license
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✧ If commissioner would like a character design created by pockamune for their commission there will be an additional charge will be applied depending on the complexity of the design✧ All pieces and artworks are copyright of the artist Pockamune and if design is traced, copied or altered in any way, legal action will be taken
REFUNDS
✧ If artist does not communicate reasoning or timing of the commission if they are past a determined deadline, pockamune will issue a 50% refund if it is past 20 days and a full refund if it is past 40 days✧ commissions are non refundable once commission has started, if you want to cancel a commission before it is started please communicate ASAP.
COMMUNICATION✧ Communication will be done through twitter, discord or email. please provide these in order to communicate with pockamune and discuss preferred communication method.✧ Artist commits to communicating when commission is in process
